AHR160 is a new generation of decentralised ventilation devices that enable ventilation of rooms while reducing heat loss. The difference between the AHR series and the HRV series lies in the solutions used to automate its operation. The electronics used control the operation of the device and adjust its parameters depending on the conditions in the room where the AHR has been installed.
The AHR160 single-tube decentralised recuperator has the ability to connect several devices installed in one or more rooms with the possibility of pairing them via wireless communication, without the need to connect the devices with a power cord. Pairing is possible in different modes, e.g. both units only supply or only exhaust and alternating operation: one unit supplies and the other exhausts.
The basic function of the AHR160 device is to ensure air exchange in the room, while reducing heat loss. The recovery of heat lost in the ventilation process is possible thanks to the use of a ceramic storage exchanger, which retains and stores heat energy to then heat the cooler air supplied from the outside. If the supply air has a higher temperature than the temperature in the room, the exchanger will lower it using the temperature of the exhaust air.
The ceramic heat exchanger is the heart of the device and one of its most important elements. A hexagonal heat exchanger has been used in the AHR, thanks to which one of the highest heat recovery coefficients in decentralised ventilation devices available on the market has been obtained.

SUPPLYThe heat stored in the heat exchanger is collected by the supply air stream and then transferred to the room. After the exchanger cools down, the direction of operation is automatically changed.
